How do I know whether coaching is right for me?
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something more; coaching could be exactly what you need. Winterburn Coaching is designed for you while you are navigating transitions, craving clarity, or wanting to reconnect with your confidence. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be open to growth.
Will having a Life Coach help me?
Working with Mandi means having a dedicated partner in your corner; someone who listens deeply and challenges gently, while being realistic, and maintains a sense of humour, while helping you move from intention to action. You’ll gain tools to manage your mindset, build confidence, and create meaningful change that lasts.
I don’t know whether I can afford it
Investing in yourself can feel daunting. That’s why Winterburn Coaching offers flexible options, including booking 1 session at a time and discounted rates for 8 or 12 week tailored packages. Think of it as an investment in your future self, one that pays dividends in clarity, confidence, and direction.
I would like to improve my life but there is so much going on right now that I don’t know if I have time.

Should it feel scary? I don’t know if I’m ready!
It’s completely normal to feel nervous. Growth often begins at the edge of your comfort zone. We will create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore, reflect, and stretch, at your own pace. You don’t have to be “ready.” You just need to be willing.
I’m not sure this is right for someone like me, my friends might laugh.

What if what I need is different to other people?
That’s exactly why Winterburn Coaching is tailored to you. We don’t use cookie-cutter solutions. Your sessions, goals, and strategies are built around your unique needs, values, and vision. All of which Mandi will help you find and define.
What if I still need coaching after the 8 or 12 week programme ends?
Coaching sessions are open ended and unlimited. The 8 or 12 week packages help us to focus around specific aspects and give you a reduced payment but are not meant to be an end. Many clients choose to continue with Mandi after their initial programme. You can book follow-up sessions, join group coaching, or explore ongoing coaching options. Growth doesn’t stop and neither does our support.
How do I book?

How do the sessions work?
Coaching isn’t one size fits all and your coach will work with you to see what works best but coaching sessions have a flexible format depending on need and are 60 minutes in total which includes check in and the beginning, working on mindset and goals and moving forward with action confirmation and clear action steps at the end.
What am I expected to do between sessions?
Your commitment will reflect in your achievements, and you must take an active part in the process. This will include things like optional reflection prompts, practical exercises, decision making and action taking, or mindset shifts to explore, amongst other things, depending on your needs and goals. These are designed to deepen your insights and keep momentum going. You’re never left guessing; Mandi guides you every step of the way.
How much time commitment is needed from me?
It is recommended that you have a session with Mandi either weekly or fortnightly as this will get the best result but for some people this isn’t possible, and we adapt. There will also need to be commitment to actions between meetings, but this can be as little as 15 to 30 minutes between sessions for reflection or action. Everything is tailored to your lifestyle. Winterburn Coaching is built to support, not overwhelm, you.
